Product Designer, UX/UI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Management of design processes

• As a UX/UI Designer, you will collaborate closely with a team of developers, stakeholders, and other participants to create user-centered solutions

• You will participate in regular team meetings to exchange updates and ensure that the design meets expectations

• You will conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs

• Utilizing methods such as interviews, surveys, and data analysis, you will create personas and customer journeys to guide the design process

• You will develop ideas and visualize them through wireframes and interactive prototypes for testing and optimization with users

• You will plan and execute usability tests to ensure that your designs are intuitive and user-friendly

• By analyzing test results, you will gather feedback that directly informs the optimization of the user interface

• You will design the experience and user interface of the product to ensure it is visually appealing and easy to use

• You will observe how users interact with the product to determine if the design is effective

• You approach challenges with courage and curiosity, finding innovative solutions to complex problems
