Product Designer, UX/UI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assess UI/UX implementations, pinpoint inconsistencies, and document actionable enhancements

• Develop and maintain the design system

• Advocate for reusable components and cohesive user experiences across features

• Take ownership of minor UI improvements driven by customer feedback, support inquiries, and usability insights

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to address design challenges and prioritize requests

• Convert user insights and post-launch feedback into product enhancements

• Make informed design choices swiftly while ensuring quality in a fast-paced development setting

• Connect design and development to ensure polished, user-friendly features

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in digital product design, preferably within a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment

• Proficient in Figma, including components, variants, tokens, and design systems

• Experience in reviewing UI implementations and generating clear, actionable design tickets or bug reports

• Strong skills in visual and interaction design

• Detail-oriented with respect to responsive behavior, accessibility, and edge cases

• Experience working alongside Product and Engineering teams through short release cycles

• Capable of managing multiple priorities, making independent decisions, and communicating effectively

• Preferred knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

• Familiarity with tools like Linear, Amplitude, or similar is preferred

• Experience with QA processes and product testing is preferred

• Experience utilizing AI tools to optimize design workflows is preferred

• Proficiency in the Spanish language is preferred
