Product Designer Specialist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide suitable solutions that take into account various states, lifecycle stages, and product personas.

• Become proficient in the Design System, understanding, adhering to, and establishing interaction and architectural patterns.

• Maintain consistency and quality across the various platforms of the product.

• Grasp the foundational principles of constructing interfaces in code.

• Serve as a key point of reference within your tribe.

• Assist in defining the business vision for multiple products within the tribe.

• Lead customer journey exploration through sophisticated research methods and exploratory data analysis.

• Have a direct influence on the tribe's roadmap and convert solutions into hypothesis tests.

• Organize and facilitate engagement with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.

• Influence strategic choices within the tribe.

• Drive and validate success metrics while prioritizing initiatives based on outcome KPIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience.

• Experience leading at least one project that has been successfully launched to market.

• Ability to tackle ambiguous challenges without a clearly defined scope, necessitating difficult prioritization while balancing deadlines and quality.

• Serve as a key reference point for decision-making regarding solution specifics.

• Aid the team in addressing problems lacking a well-defined scope and engage in solution discovery.

• Offer constructive feedback and insights, sharing technical expertise within the team.

• Establish tactical direction for the area based on the organization's overarching strategy.

• Utilize Generative AI tools, focusing on Claude and Gemini, for Content Chat / Conversational Design flows and processes.

• Create, test, and enhance advanced prompts for conversational flows.
