Product Designer – Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop captivating, practical, and efficient interaction and visual design solutions that satisfy customer requirements.

• Utilize business needs, usability insights, and market analysis to create scenarios, use cases, and overarching requirements.

• Conduct or supervise user testing and/or guerrilla testing efforts.

• Design responsive and native experiences, user flows and journeys, scenarios, conceptual sketches, and prototypes.

• Build and nurture relationships across various teams and disciplines to enhance collaboration and productivity.

• Champion an exceptional customer experience, focusing on the finer details.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in web and mobile/app design.

• A portfolio is mandatory; demonstrate your design capabilities. We accept links from Behance and Dribbble.

• Provide samples of well-executed projects that reflect a deep understanding of visual language and interaction design principles.

• Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, InVision, Principle, ProtoPie, and/or other prototyping and interaction software.

• Experience in developing and defining design systems.

• Familiarity with interface patterns and a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to produce highly refined, professional deliverables.

• Strong grasp of user experience and interaction principles, particularly within the limitations of devices and desktop environments.

• Knowledge of Design Thinking, along with an understanding of DesignOps, Design Systems, and Style Guides for effective application and evolution of components.

• Experience in motion design is an advantage.

• A passion for design trends, innovation, and interaction.
