📋 Description

• We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to serve as a strategic link between the orchestration of Artificial Intelligence systems and the overall user experience.

• Your objective will be to enhance both the initial and ongoing user experiences within the product, ensuring interactions are of high quality, fast, and clear—particularly in intricate scenarios such as response generation, document processing, and the orchestration of multiple AI agents.

• You will be part of Jus AI's Core team, working closely with Engineering, Product, and other leadership to guarantee that the user experience is coherent, efficient, and in alignment with the system's technical capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Product/Service Design: Strong experience in designing complex journeys and applying systems thinking.

• Experience with AI in Product: Practical experience in designing or working with products that incorporate AI, machine learning, or data-driven systems.

• AI Fluency (intermediate+): Proficiency in utilizing AI in daily tasks to create solutions, prototypes, and workflows—not merely basic prompt usage.

• Problem-Oriented Thinking: Capability to navigate open and ambiguous problems, linking user experience with product logic.

• Technical Collaboration: Comfort in collaborating with engineering teams, possessing an understanding of concepts such as performance, processing, and system orchestration.
