Product Designer – Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development of flows, wireframes, and user interfaces for both web and mobile products.

• Create medium- and high-fidelity prototypes with assistance from the team.

• Engage in user research activities, including planning, conducting, and analyzing findings.

• Perform benchmarks and conduct market analysis.

• Contribute to the formulation of user journey maps.

• Aid in the development of information architecture deliverables.

• Track product metrics and analyze conversion funnels.

• Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and designers.

• Participate in workshops, usability testing, and co-creation sessions.

• Ensure clear communication regarding activities and deliverables.

• Assist in the advancement of UX processes and the Design System.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in digital product design and user experience.

• Familiarity with UX, UI, information architecture, and usability principles.

• Basic proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar applications.

• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to accept feedback.

• Highly organized with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Developing critical thinking skills with a problem-solving approach.

• Interest in conducting user research and performing data analysis.

• Academic or practical experience with digital products.

• Understanding of product metrics, such as conversion funnels and engagement rates.

• Experience in conducting usability testing.

• Knowledge of Design Systems.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
