Product Designer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee complete design projects, from identifying problems to implementing solutions.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and stakeholders to create straightforward and effective experiences that align with business objectives.

• Perform user research, conduct interviews, and validate findings to guide product and design choices.

• Simplify complex issues into clear and intuitive flows, journeys, and interfaces.

• Actively participate in shaping product strategy, emphasizing systemic thinking and a strong commitment to user experience.

• Develop high-quality prototypes, flows, and specifications with meticulous attention to detail.

• Leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions and assess the impact of proposed solutions.

• Contribute to the advancement of the Design System, ensuring a consistent experience across various products and features.

• Work collaboratively with other designers through critiques, knowledge exchange, and quality assessments.

• Act as a technical resource within the team, assisting junior designers with everyday challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Designer focused on digital products.

• Capability to independently manage complex design projects.

• Background in collaborating within multidisciplinary teams alongside Product and Engineering.

• Strong proficiency in UX, UI, information architecture, and flow design.

• Experience in conducting user research and validating solutions with end users.

• Ability to make data-driven decisions informed by metrics and business context.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present and defend design choices to various stakeholders.

• Proficient in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).

• A portfolio showcasing product thinking, impact, and execution quality.
