📋 Description

• Creating patient-focused interfaces and prototypes, from initial concepts to finalized features.

• Taking charge of user research and testing—engaging with patients, gathering feedback, and transforming it into actionable product decisions.

• Analyzing behavioral and product data to identify experience breakdowns and enhance them.

• Collaborating closely with founders, doctors, psychologists, and engineers—a small team ensures you will observe the entire product lifecycle.

• Leveraging AI to enhance your design and prototyping process, allowing for quicker advancement and reduced friction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid UX/UI principles—you are capable of transitioning from concept to a validated prototype independently.

• Proven experience in iterative product development—you have launched products, monitored actual usage, and made improvements based on insights gained.

• Comfort in engaging with users throughout your process, rather than treating it as a one-off task.

• Skill in interpreting product and behavioral data to inform clear design and product modifications.

• Proficient in English, as the team operates across various countries.
