Product Designer – Digital Identity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Shape the future of Europe's next-generation digital identity infrastructure.

• Create and implement exceptional identity flows for EUDI and Wero.

• Spearhead the ideation and prototyping of essential identity journeys.

• Drive experience principles throughout the organization.

• Ensure design consistency across various phases.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Content Design in a remote-first setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience as a Product Designer in a product-driven environment.

• Robust background in end-to-end product design, complemented by advanced UI design skills.

• High level of proficiency in Figma.

• Capability to balance craftsmanship, speed, and practicality in a real-world product scenario.

• Proficiency in maintaining clear and well-organized design artifacts and documentation.

• Experience in transforming abstract, regulatory, and trust-based requirements into user-centered solutions.

• Familiarity with building to AA standards.

• Experience in payments, financial services, or fintech environments is advantageous.

• Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills.

• Excellent communication abilities, with the capacity to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in working with distributed or multi-market teams is a plus.

• Fluent in English (C1/C2 required).

• Additional European languages are an asset.
