Product Designer

📋 Description

• Oversee the design process from initial discovery to final delivery, taking charge of the entire end-to-end experience for both web and mobile platforms.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to gain a thorough understanding of customer needs and accurately define the right problems to address.

• Establish key performance metrics for your projects and take responsibility for their success, iterating based on actual performance data.

• Conduct research to gather user insights that will support product launches in new markets and the introduction of new payment features.

• Create clear and elegant design solutions from preliminary wireframes and concepts to polished, production-ready prototypes and user flows.

• Facilitate customer testing workshops to validate assumptions and ensure that designs effectively address real problems before moving to the build phase.

• Work closely with engineers during the implementation phase to guarantee design quality and fidelity at the time of release.

• Contribute to and enhance Yuno's design system to maintain consistency, scalability, and cohesion throughout our products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience designing complex, commercial digital products in-house (experience in fintech or payments is a significant advantage).

• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work across both web and mobile platforms — required for application.

• Experience designing for iOS, Android, and web platforms.

• Solid foundation in UX: comprehensive understanding of user behavior, interaction design, and information architecture.

• A keen eye for clean visual design: typography, grid systems, color, and component design.

• Ability to think strategically and clearly communicate design decisions to cross-functional stakeholders.

• Awareness of technical limitations and how they impact design choices.

• Ownership mentality: capable of driving the design process independently while managing multiple projects.

• Strong problem-solving abilities: we seek out-of-the-box thinkers.

• Experience in designing or maintaining design systems at scale.

• Capability to code simple prototypes (HTML/CSS, Framer, or similar tools).

• Knowledge of payments, fintech, or B2B SaaS products.

• Passion for working in dynamic, high-growth environments.

• Comfort with ambiguity and a determination to clarify complex, evolving issues.
