• Designing and enhancing web interfaces for the product, considering user needs, business objectives, and product metrics.
• Engaging in crucial product flows: registration, authorization, user profiles, gamification, navigation, search, and more.
• Analyzing UX issues, gathering context, forming hypotheses, and preparing design solutions for implementation and testing.
• Initiating and conducting UX research, post-launch research, competitive analysis, and user behavior analysis.
• Creating user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, states, edge cases, as well as documenting specifications and interface logic for development.
• Collaborating with Product Managers, developers, analysts, QA, copywriters, support, and other cross-functional teams.
• Ensuring interface consistency within the design system.
• Presenting design solutions to the team, justifying approaches, and participating in product discussions.
• Over 3 years of experience in the role of Product Designer.
• Experience designing complex web and mobile interfaces within a product team.
• Proficiency in Figma with components, auto layout, variants, styles, variables, prototyping, and preparing layouts for development.
• Attention to detail and neatness in working with layouts: correct spacing, alignment, layer and frame naming, component usage, and state consistency.
• Understanding of the complete design process: from problem analysis and context gathering to design, validation, handoff to development, and post-launch analysis.
• Ability to independently tackle tasks, formulate problems, clarify constraints, propose solutions, and achieve results.
• Proactive in clarifying context, asking questions, identifying uncertainties, and not moving to solutions without understanding the tasks, constraints, and expected outcomes.
• Experience designing user scenarios: user flows, page structures, form logic, navigation, states, errors, tips, validations, and edge cases.
• Capability to create neat, consistent, and adaptive interfaces.
• Experience working with product metrics or understanding their impact on design decisions: conversion, engagement, retention, churn, etc.
• Ability to formulate product hypotheses, justify decisions, and explain expected impacts on users or the business.
• Experience in independently conducting UX research or the ability to initiate research alongside the team.
• Skill in working with existing data, analytics, and user feedback to inform design decisions.
• Understanding of frontend development technical constraints and basic principles of HTML/CSS.
• Proficient in English at an Intermediate level or higher.
