Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Identify challenges, opportunities, and issues for both user and business requirements

• Organize and conduct user interviews

• Analyze competitors and monitor design trends

• Explore internal data insights

• Engage in ideation to discover optimal solutions

• Develop, test, and refine concepts until effective solutions are achieved

• Implement visual design and produce high-fidelity prototypes as necessary

• Assist in preparing narratives with production-ready assets for development

• Collaborate with product management to comprehend strategy, industry dynamics, and business needs

• Work alongside colleagues in the design squad to ensure consistent design across all products

• Partner with engineering teams to facilitate a seamless product development experience

• Build a completely new B2C application for applicants from the ground up (80%)

• Sustain and enhance the existing B2B application for recruiters (20%)

• Oversee the user experience for mobile B2B and B2C applications on iOS and Android

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design within product-focused companies

• Demonstrated capability to create valuable solutions for intricate product challenges

• Experience in designing both web applications (mobile & desktop) and native applications (iOS & Android)

• Basic knowledge of SaaS solutions that integrate both B2B and B2C frameworks

• Strong set of UX methodologies for facilitating design workshops, conducting product discovery, user interviews, and executing UX in agile settings

• A proactive problem-solving approach with attention to detail, effective communication, and strong organizational abilities
