Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee product design and creative direction for Pogo’s consumer insights offering.

• Develop core product experiences from initial exploration through to launch and subsequent iterations.

• Design for both the B2B platform and consumer application that serves 3 million users and continues to expand.

• Create polished interfaces that foster trust and effectively highlight data and AI technology.

• Establish the product roadmap while defining design language, systems, and organizational culture.

• Deliver high-quality design outputs in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

• Collaborate across departments with engineering and go-to-market teams.

• Utilize qualitative interviews and direct customer feedback to inform product decisions and design solutions tailored for enterprises.

• Iterate and release updates weekly, integrating user feedback and data.

• Contribute to defining the culture, processes, and traditions from the ground up.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in designing software products.

• Proficiency in designing swiftly and effectively using Figma.

• Strong standards for design quality and visual design judgment.

• Regular use of LLMs like ChatGPT or Claude within the design workflow.

• Comprehensive product design experience, including the ability to create experiences from the ground up.

• Capability to work cross-functionally alongside product and engineering teams.

• Strong product intuition with a focus on simplicity and clarity.

• Eagerness to iterate, explore, and refine designs based on user data.

• Previous startup experience is advantageous.

• Experience in designing AI interactions is a plus.

• Background in designing enterprise-grade products is a plus.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup setting.

• Willingness to work fully remotely, with occasional travel for team offsite events.
