Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of design areas from start to finish, encompassing discovery and problem framing, through to flows, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, launch, and iteration.

• Develop and maintain a cohesive design system for both web and mobile platforms.

• Create intricate financial workflows, addressing various states and edge cases.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to make informed scope and tradeoff decisions.

• Design within the capabilities of integration partners while challenging constraints when necessary.

• Conduct customer research, interviews, usability testing, and prototype evaluations.

• Convert research insights into actionable design direction.

• Establish quality standards for the areas of the product you manage.

• Play a role in shaping product strategy and influencing future product development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product design.

• Significant experience with complex, multi-surface products across web and mobile platforms.

• Demonstrated fintech experience in delivering in-depth financial products.

• Familiarity with crypto or on-chain products.

• A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end work on complex products, which is required upon application.

• Experience in building or significantly contributing to a design system.

• Comfortable working with technically complex product surfaces and extensive third-party integrations.

• Strong systems thinking abilities regarding patterns, states, and components.

• Sound judgment in managing scope, sequencing, and prioritization.

• Excellent written communication skills suitable for a remote, asynchronous team environment.

• Proficient in Figma.

• Ability to work during European time zones and hours.
