This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage directly with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to create user-friendly digital experiences that meet client objectives and user requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with clients to grasp their needs and establish clear requirements.
• Test and enhance designs to ensure exceptional user experiences throughout the complete product lifecycle.
• Mentor and collaborate with fellow members of the Livefront product design team.
• Utilize zero-to-one and established design systems to maintain and refresh style guides, assets, and deliverables.
• Partner with engineers to address design inquiries, implement adjustments, and supply assets for the design-to-development transition.
• Operate within the production limitations of each platform for which we are designing and/or engineering.
• Balance your time across a variety of small and large projects with overlapping priorities and urgency.
• Organize and uphold working files within a collaborative filing structure.
• Embrace new practices and tools as our work and the design industry progress.
• Proofread content and correct errors and formatting in design source files and production decks.
• An impressive portfolio that highlights exceptional visual design skills and product sensibilities.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a consulting setting or as part of an in-house, cross-functional product team.
• Expertise in current UI/UX best practices, along with proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and various prototyping tools.
• Experience in designing consumer-facing native applications for iOS and/or Android, with a strong command of each platform’s native design communication skills and the ability to persuasively present and defend creative choices at various levels of resolution.
• Above-average discipline and organizational skills.
• Clear comfort with critique within the context of an iterative design process.
• Experience in creating design decks to convey design flows to clients and engineers.
• A demonstrated eagerness for personal and professional growth within the field.
• A clear passion and dedication to the craft of product design.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to our headquarters in MN.
