Product Designer

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance PIERRE's design system in Figma, focusing on semantic tokens, components, variables, states, and scoping.

• Convert system updates from Figma into the codebase by accessing the React Native repository in Cursor, modifying components, running them locally, and prototyping with Claude Code.

• Design and implement product features comprehensively, addressing both screen and flow levels.

• Contribute to the development of PIERRE's widget system, which is a generative, modular home that facilitates natural language interactions with our AI.

• Incorporate AI tools (such as Claude, Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Lovable, Midjourney, etc.) into your daily workflow.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing completed mobile projects.

• Extensive hands-on experience with design systems—beyond merely using them, you will be responsible for their maintenance and evolution.

• Expertise in Figma at a professional level, including variables, modes, auto-layout, complex components, and prototyping.

• Daily proficiency with AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, v0, and similar technologies.

• Strong written communication skills, including experience with UX writing. Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese is mandatory.

• Ability to work full-time.

• A keen sense for editorial design, cultural trends, or viewing digital products as cultural artifacts.
