• Comprehend the product strategy and the actual needs of users to develop cohesive solutions;
• Actively engage in the entire product development process, from discovery to delivery;
• Create workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces in collaboration with the squad and business areas;
• Partner with Product Managers and developers, influencing the experience from conception to execution;
• Collaborate with teams such as data, marketing, and business to ensure a user-centered design at all organizational levels;
• Facilitate co-creation dynamics, workshops, A/B testing, and experiments focused on continuous evolution;
• Suggest improvements based on data analysis, research insights, and hypothesis validation;
• Contribute to strategic product decisions, maintaining a critical view on usability and performance;
• Monitor and translate user research into real opportunities for product enhancement;
• Serve as a reference for the team, raising the standard of design quality and strengthening user-centered culture;
• Co-create and refine UX processes and Design Systems, promoting scalability in deliverables;
• Develop and present structured communications, highlighting progress, learnings, and explored paths.
• 2 to 3 years of experience as a Product Designer, with a background in digital products;
• Familiarity with B2B products, client onboarding, and complex solutions;
• Experience in web/mobile interface design, prototyping, information architecture, and best practices in UX/UI;
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Maze, Hotjar, Amplitude, Dovetail, or similar;
• Experience with user research, hypothesis validation, data analysis, and decision-making based on metrics;
• Interest or experience in artificial intelligence and automation applied to products;
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and proactivity in agile and collaborative environments;
• Critical and analytical mindset, with empathy to understand the varying contexts of users and business;
• Data-driven profile, with experience in defining, tracking, and analyzing product metrics to support decisions and propose continuous improvements;
• Ability to influence and inspire fellow designers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement;
• Intermediate to advanced English and/or Spanish, with the capability to conduct interviews and qualitative research with international users (North America and LATAM).
