Product Designer, 2-5 years of experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of well-defined, continuous design projects within an established product area, likely Deploy.

• Deliver enhancements, address edge cases, and ensure consistency, all under the guidance of senior review.

• Transform identified challenges into precise, production-ready interface designs.

• Collaborate on research initiatives alongside a senior colleague.

• Conduct targeted user interviews and usability assessments.

• Integrate research insights with assistance.

• Utilize the design system and identify any missing patterns.

• Collaborate with engineering and product management during the implementation phase.

• Work together on edge cases and articulate decisions with justification.

• Provide design assets for launches and releases, which include in-product onboarding, visuals for release notes, and announcement platforms.

• Develop technical fluency in DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and user workflows for technical audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in product design.

• Ideally, background in B2B, technical, or developer-oriented products.

• Strong foundation in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.

• Proficiency in Figma and modern design system methodologies.

• A portfolio or tangible work samples demonstrating shipped product work, design processes, interaction choices, and visual craftsmanship.

• Applications lacking examples or a portfolio will not be considered.

• Dependable execution of ongoing, iterative work with consistent quality.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to accept feedback and direction.

• Interest in technical users and technical discussions.

• Comfortable employing AI tools within the design workflow.

• Fluent in English (B2+).
