📋 Description

• Evaluate healthcare claims, remittance, and payment data to assist client projects.

• Conduct thorough analyses to guarantee the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of analytical outputs and client deliverables.

• Provide support for Interest & Penalties and Physician Underpayment solution lines.

• Utilize SQL, Snowflake, and BI tools to examine data, validate results, and address business inquiries.

• Interpret healthcare transaction data, including 835 Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) and 837 Claims.

• Leverage knowledge of reimbursement methodologies, payer adjudication, payment posting, denials, and revenue cycle workflows to assess analytical outcomes.

• Present findings and analytical insights to client stakeholders.

• Address inquiries regarding analytical results and reimbursement concepts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Data Science, or a related field.

• 3–6 years of experience in healthcare analytics, revenue cycle analytics, reimbursement analysis, payment integrity, healthcare consulting, or a related field.

• Experience with healthcare claims, remittance, and payment data.

• Knowledge of X12 transaction standards, particularly 835 and 837 files.

• Proficient in SQL for data analysis and validation.

• Familiarity with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms.

• A dedicated, distraction-free workspace at home.

• A valid government-issued photo ID is required during screening and/or interviews.
