Product Content Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee and uphold AlphaSense’s entity master and reference datasets.

• Combine and associate external vendor data with internal entity records.

• Examine and resolve entities in quarantine based on automated reports and established criteria.

• Conduct daily sanity checks, which include identifying invalid data, flagging duplicate entities, and confirming structural modifications.

• Address client-reported issues using internal administrative tools by merging, rectifying, or updating entity records.

• Ensure a clean and organized entity database through regular quality control and proactive issue resolution.

• Support data validation tasks that do not necessitate SQL expertise.

• Work collaboratively with vendors and internal teams during the onboarding and quality assurance of new content sources.

• Document operational workflows, data mappings, and procedures for escalation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.

• Strong attention to detail along with experience in data entry and administrative tools.

• Capability to adhere to structured workflows for entity validation and resolution.

• 0-4 years of experience in data entry and/or data maintenance.

• High aptitude and eagerness to learn.

• Familiarity with Google Suite and basic technical knowledge.

• Advanced Excel skills.

• Ability to simplify and convey complex issues clearly.

• Energetic and inventive individual with a natural curiosity and the capacity to learn swiftly and adapt.

• Must be available to work a late shift to support the U.S. team.

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Experience with financial information/data and analyst workflows.
