This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the delivery, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of Compliance internal tools and operational processes.
• Take ownership of the roadmap and execution of Compliance tooling and technology projects.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of Compliance technology projects, which includes intake, prioritization, backlog oversight, roadmap planning, user acceptance testing, launch readiness, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Organize user acceptance testing and verify functionality against business requirements.
• Ensure that implementation evidence is documented in a manner that is ready for audits.
• Act as the intermediary between Compliance, Product, Engineering, Data, and technology vendors.
• Manage relationships with Compliance vendors, including feature requests, issue escalation, roadmap discussions, and planning for implementation.
• Drive the implementation and adoption of new Compliance tools through effective communication, training, documentation, and change management.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements through automation, AI, and workflow improvements.
• Create operational dashboards, KPI reports, and materials for weekly operational reviews and leadership updates.
• Coordinate resource planning, project tracking, and dependencies across Compliance initiatives.
• Assist with regulatory exams, audits, and issue remediation by providing accurate documentation and evidence.
• 5–8 years of experience in Compliance, Financial Crimes, Risk, Product Operations, Product Compliance, or Program Management within the financial services, fintech, or digital assets sectors.
• Strong understanding of BSA/AML and OFAC sanctions requirements.
• Capability to research and implement regulatory requirements into operational and technology projects.
• Experience supporting the complete technology delivery lifecycle, which includes requirements gathering, design reviews, user acceptance testing, launch readiness, and post-launch enhancements.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects involving Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Proficient in managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and communications with stakeholders.
• Strong project management abilities, encompassing roadmap planning, intake and prioritization, Jira management, dependency tracking, UAT coordination, rollout planning, and documentation.
• Ability to convert business and regulatory requirements into product specifications and testable acceptance criteria.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in developing procedures, user acceptance testing plans, implementation documentation, status reports, and executive updates.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and appropriately escalate risks and trade-offs.
