Product Commercialization Program Manager – Faster Payments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee commercialization workstreams for Faster Payments capabilities, from product strategy to launch readiness.

• Convert product strategy into detailed launch plans and partner readiness criteria.

• Foster alignment among various teams to eliminate obstacles.

• Collaborate with technology and operations for integration planning and execution of the launch.

• Assist in readiness evaluations and pinpoint dependencies and risks.

• Create and maintain commercialization documentation and develop executive updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in product commercialization, payments, fintech, sponsor banking, or a related area.

• Practical experience in launching, scaling, or operationalizing bank products or payment functionalities.

• Experience with Visa Direct, Mastercard Send, push-to-card, payouts, or similar Faster Payments capabilities is highly preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience; Master’s degree is preferred.

• A robust understanding of bank program operations and partner ecosystems.

• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
