Product & Commercial Lead

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the customer relationship from initiation through implementation and beyond. Serve as the primary point of accountability and a trusted collaborator in delivering quantifiable business value.

• Facilitate discovery sessions and workflow mapping to comprehend organizational structures, identify challenges, and highlight the most significant opportunities for automation and AI transformation.

• Drive execution collaboratively with engineering and design teams, converting insights into impactful product features and enhancements to the platform.

• Engage deeply to ensure quality. Conduct edge case testing, troubleshoot issues, and advance the product with urgency and precision.

• Manage deployments efficiently by overseeing timelines, removing obstacles, and engaging customer stakeholders to secure successful results.

• Connect product and market by recognizing repeatable patterns, unveiling prospects for AI-driven features, and guiding the evolution of our platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 5+ years of experience in roles such as product manager, consultant, investor, founder, or engagement lead.

• Exhibit strong technical expertise and the ability to navigate complex systems and data.

• Communicate effectively and foster trust among both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Demonstrate the ability to align teams around a shared vision and drive execution without waiting for ideal inputs.

• Maintain a relentless curiosity – you learn quickly, ask insightful questions, and delve deep when necessary.
