Product Coach – VP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Delivering personalized coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions utilizing the Mento Platform and Tools.

• Engaging in ongoing training sessions to enhance coaching skills and capabilities.

• Interacting with members via your Mento email or through chat in the Mento App between sessions.

• Being a vital part of the Mento coaching community by sharing coaching tools and insights — contributing to the enhancement of our coaching practices and supporting our mission to empower individuals to excel in careers they love.

• Acting with kindness, respect, and empathy as an ambassador of the Mento community.

⛳️ Requirements

• A director, vice president, or other product management leader with over 20 years of experience in managing product teams and coaching individuals (coaching certification is a plus but not mandatory).

• Someone who is eager to translate their leadership skills into impactful coaching abilities.

• Passionate about assisting individuals in advancing their careers to create fulfilling professional and personal lives.

• A self-aware individual with high emotional intelligence who prioritizes creating a safe environment for others to express vulnerability.

• Enthusiastic about developing your coaching skills, bringing a growth mindset to the role, regardless of your coaching experience length.

• Comfortable operating in a dynamic startup environment.

• Capable of committing a minimum of 12+ hours per month to coaching at Mento for at least the next 24 months.

• You must have the capacity to allocate a minimum of three to five hours per week to Mento, regardless of other commitments and any changes they may undergo.

• You will be able to collaborate with Mento for a minimum of 24 months to cultivate meaningful relationships with our members.
