Product & Client Solutions Lead – Engineering & Field Team Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete success of solutions within a designated value stream or product domain.

• Connect the business and technical aspects to facilitate the discovery, development, and delivery of solutions.

• Serve in a dual role as a contributor and coach, ensuring team alignment and eliminating barriers.

• Transform organizational goals into a distinct vision and roadmap for the designated value stream.

• Rank initiatives based on business value, technical viability, and client impact.

• Stay informed about industry trends and new technologies.

• Utilize working knowledge of MEP engineering workflows to speed up the discovery process.

• Supervise project execution within the team, including planning, prioritization, and tracking progress.

• Establish acceptance criteria and evaluate success through both quantitative and qualitative metrics.

• Guide team members and aid in enhancing delivery frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in MEP Design Engineering, Construction Administration, Commissioning, or Construction.

• At least 2 years in software, consulting, product management, or solution delivery roles.

• Familiarity with Autodesk Revit, either as a user or in a support, QA, or training capacity.

• Ability to navigate the tool and comprehend how MEP teams utilize it daily is more critical than having deep technical expertise.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.

• Excellent skills in business analysis, project coordination, and stakeholder management.

• Capability to convert complex technical ideas into straightforward business terminology.

• Understanding of Agile and Lean delivery methodologies.

• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills for both technical and executive audiences.

• Experience in managing client expectations while juggling multiple priorities.
