This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Take charge of onboarding and continuous support for EASI channel partners (ESCOs, developers, EPCs, co-ops) β from the NDA phase to the initial modeled project and subsequent portfolio integration.
β’ Conduct product demonstrations: both live at conferences and meetups, as well as scheduled in-depth sessions with potential partners; facilitate immediate signups.
β’ Assist the sales team in leveraging EASI for their own transactions (proposals, budgetary pricing, RFP contributions).
β’ Collect structured feedback from partners and validate that partner-modeled projects represent a genuine commercial pipeline.
β’ Manage the activation and retention of the current user base: guide the onboarding for the first project, run re-engagement campaigns, and send targeted newsletters.
β’ Develop technical content β including case studies and βhow to model X in EASIβ guides (resiliency, bridging power, flexible interconnection) β for LinkedIn, Reddit developer communities, and the blog.
β’ Execute outbound experiments (cold emails/calls to target segments) and pinpoint high-fit events for demonstrations.
β’ Analyze product metrics (MixPanel) to identify users who may be stuck, feature deficiencies, and potential conversion candidates.
β’ Transform user research and partner feedback into actionable product requirements and prioritized roadmap contributions.
β’ Lead the go-to-market strategy for new EASI features: create release messaging, documentation, training materials, and demo scripts.
β’ A bachelor's degree in an energy-related discipline β electrical/mechanical engineering, physics, energy systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
β’ 0β3 years of post-graduate experience in energy, cleantech, consulting, or B2B software.
β’ Strong recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
β’ Practical experience with energy modeling tools β such as HOMER, Energy Toolbase, Xendee, PVsyst, HelioScope, or REopt β acquired through coursework, research, or professional experience.
β’ Exceptional communication skills β capable of articulating a techno-economic model to an engineer and conveying its business value to an executive, both in writing and live presentations.
β’ Self-motivated professional β comfortable taking ownership of key metrics (activation, partner signups) and determining how to achieve them within a startup setting.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 25% for conferences, partner demonstrations, and team onsite meetings.
