This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Take charge of onboarding and continuous support for EASI channel partners (ESCOs, developers, EPCs, co-ops) β€” from the NDA phase to the initial modeled project and subsequent portfolio integration.

β€’ Conduct product demonstrations: both live at conferences and meetups, as well as scheduled in-depth sessions with potential partners; facilitate immediate signups.

β€’ Assist the sales team in leveraging EASI for their own transactions (proposals, budgetary pricing, RFP contributions).

β€’ Collect structured feedback from partners and validate that partner-modeled projects represent a genuine commercial pipeline.

β€’ Manage the activation and retention of the current user base: guide the onboarding for the first project, run re-engagement campaigns, and send targeted newsletters.

β€’ Develop technical content β€” including case studies and β€œhow to model X in EASI” guides (resiliency, bridging power, flexible interconnection) β€” for LinkedIn, Reddit developer communities, and the blog.

β€’ Execute outbound experiments (cold emails/calls to target segments) and pinpoint high-fit events for demonstrations.

β€’ Analyze product metrics (MixPanel) to identify users who may be stuck, feature deficiencies, and potential conversion candidates.

β€’ Transform user research and partner feedback into actionable product requirements and prioritized roadmap contributions.

β€’ Lead the go-to-market strategy for new EASI features: create release messaging, documentation, training materials, and demo scripts.

⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A bachelor's degree in an energy-related discipline β€” electrical/mechanical engineering, physics, energy systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

β€’ 0–3 years of post-graduate experience in energy, cleantech, consulting, or B2B software.

β€’ Strong recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

β€’ Practical experience with energy modeling tools β€” such as HOMER, Energy Toolbase, Xendee, PVsyst, HelioScope, or REopt β€” acquired through coursework, research, or professional experience.

β€’ Exceptional communication skills β€” capable of articulating a techno-economic model to an engineer and conveying its business value to an executive, both in writing and live presentations.

β€’ Self-motivated professional β€” comfortable taking ownership of key metrics (activation, partner signups) and determining how to achieve them within a startup setting.

β€’ Willingness to travel up to 25% for conferences, partner demonstrations, and team onsite meetings.

🏝️ Benefits

β€’ Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.

β€’ Comprehensive health benefits package.

β€’ Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

β€’ Flexible work environment and remote work options.

β€’ Collaborative and innovative team culture.
