Product Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Engage with clients to clarify their needs, particularly those that may not have been explicitly stated.

• Establish a compelling product vision and communicate it effectively to the team.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to estimate, plan, manage trade-offs, and rethink solutions within complex system constraints and dependencies.

• Provide guidance to designers with relevant functional context, ensuring user experience aligns with both business goals and user needs.

• Evaluate system limitations, dependencies, and impacts to contribute to the development of scalable and practical solutions.

• Monitor progress to determine effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary.

• Analyze: facilitate discovery workshops, map current and future processes, establish business objectives, identify gaps, and assess system constraints and dependencies.

• Research: formulate and validate assumptions through research, assess competitors, and identify market opportunities.

• Build: convert needs into specifications, collaborate with designers to shape user flows and product vision, and work with engineering on scope, feasibility, and technical considerations.

• Measure: monitor success metrics, analyze usage data, validate hypotheses, and iterate based on effective strategies.
