This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Offer both pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance for SCADA and control products.
• Support clients and sales teams in comprehending product functionalities and applications.
• Conduct site assessments to evaluate client requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Design and present product demonstrations and presentations.
• Collaborate with product development teams to improve product features and capabilities.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance product offerings.
• Engage in product testing and validation to guarantee high-quality performance.
• Create and provide training programs for clients and internal teams on SCADA and control products.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation such as user manuals, installation guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Host webinars and workshops to inform clients about best practices and new features.
• Analyze product data to identify trends and suggest enhancements.
• Produce regular performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Execute data-driven strategies to maximize system reliability and efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Control Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in SCADA and control systems applications or related areas.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering technical support and application engineering for SCADA products.
• Proficient in SCADA software (e.g., Ignition, Wonderware) and control systems.
• Strong knowledge of control system architecture and integration.
• Experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Willingness and availability to travel as required for client site visits and installations.
