Product and Pricing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support Loan Officers and their teams with pricing, relocks, renegotiations, and lock extensions.

• Assist Loan Officers in selecting the appropriate product for borrowers' needs.

• Collaborate with all departments across the organization.

• Manage lock cancellations, program modifications, and term adjustments in line with pricing policies.

• Evaluate loan programs, branch margins, and pricing modifications for precision.

• Validate locks for the production team.

• Aid in renegotiating pricing and terms on specific loans under departmental management supervision.

• Navigate investor websites and comprehend product guidelines.

• Generate internal reports utilizing company BI systems to enhance pricing and pipeline management.

• Remain updated on pricing reports, program modifications, and internal regulations.

• Manage a high volume of phone calls and emails at a help desk.

• Operate computers and office productivity tools.

• Provide accurate information to internal customers through telephone and written communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a comparable role within the mortgage sector.

• Required experience with loan products and pricing.

• Up-to-date knowledge of FHA, VA, conventional, and USDA mortgage products.

• Familiarity with non-QM products is an advantage.

• Experience with Empower LOS is a plus.

• Strong customer service skills for clients and team members.

• Ability to effectively manage time, stay organized, and maintain a positive demeanor.

• Capability to navigate investor websites and comprehend product guidelines.

• Proficient in handling substantial phone and email traffic.
