This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders, including product managers and marketers, to identify requirements and shape the analytics strategy.
• Prioritizing tasks based on business impact and value, effectively balancing immediate requests with long-term strategic goals.
• Developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and key performance metrics to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests to validate hypotheses, assess the impact of product modifications, and promote continuous enhancement.
• Gathering requirements and updating the event logging template to ensure precise and comprehensive tracking of user interactions and significant product events.
• Guaranteeing data quality, revealing insights, and offering actionable recommendations to enhance product and marketing effectiveness.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a comparable analytics position.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets.
• Strong understanding of statistics, including experimental design, statistical testing, correlation analysis, and segmentation.
• Practical experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to communicate insights effectively, presenting analysis results in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Preferred: Experience in full-cycle product analytics, managing both product and marketing analytics, independently prioritizing analytical tasks, and facilitating data-driven decisions.
• Experience with subscription monetization products, including knowledge of key metrics, user retention, churn analysis, and revenue optimization strategies.
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, data visualization, statistics) for data manipulation and analysis.
• Basic understanding of Data Science, including familiarity with machine learning concepts, predictive modeling, or clustering techniques.
