This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Collaborate with essential stakeholders (product managers, marketers) to ascertain product requirements and develop the analytics strategy.
• Prioritize assignments based on business value and potential impact, balancing immediate requests with long-term strategic objectives.
• Develop and sustain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to validate hypotheses, assess the effects of product modifications, and promote ongoing enhancement.
• Gather requirements and manage the event logging template to guarantee precise and comprehensive tracking of user interactions and significant product events.
• Ensure data integrity, reveal insights, and deliver actionable recommendations to enhance product and marketing performance.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable analytics position.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing extensive datasets.
• Strong skills in Python for data manipulation and analysis (including pandas, data visualization, and statistics).
• Comprehensive understanding of statistics, encompassing experiment design, statistical testing, correlation analysis, and segmentation.
• Practical experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Effective communication skills to present analytical findings clearly and persuasively.
• Preferred: Experience in full-cycle product analytics — managing both product and marketing analytics, independently prioritizing analytical tasks, and facilitating data-driven decisions.
• Experience with subscription monetization products — familiarity with key metrics, user retention, churn analysis, and revenue optimization strategies.
• Basic knowledge of Data Science — awareness of machine learning concepts, predictive modeling, or clustering techniques.
