This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities within the U.S. construction market for scaffolding.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, consultants, and strategic partners.
• Establish and uphold a comprehensive national pipeline of targeted projects, key accounts, and strategic opportunities.
• Assist sales teams with customer visits, job-site meetings, value-engineering discussions, and competitive positioning.
• Meet revenue and contribution margin targets by employing structured sales and negotiation strategies.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of assigned products: strategy, positioning, introduction, pricing, and performance evaluation.
• Perform market and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and areas for innovation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to introduce new products and enhance existing offerings.
• Provide product training and technical assistance to account managers, as well as engineering and operation teams.
• Implement product improvements and commercial strategies to maximize utilization, profitability, and market alignment.
• Manage product-related or business development projects from inception to rollout.
• Ensure coordination among engineering, sales, operations, logistics, and senior management for effective execution.
• Assist with prequalification documentation, approvals, permits, testing protocols, and certifications pertinent to the U.S. market.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key projects that require product expertise and cross-functional collaboration.
• Share best practices, workflows, and product knowledge across various branches and teams.
• Support the recruitment, onboarding, and development of professionals engaged in product-related areas.
• Partner with Marketing to propel product marketing initiatives, campaigns, and customer education programs.
• Foster a robust internal network to boost execution efficiency and market responsiveness.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Construction) or a related technical discipline; equivalent experience will also be considered.
• Demonstrated experience in product management, business development, or sales within the formwork and scaffolding sector in the U.S.
• Solid understanding of scaffolding systems (e.g., Ringlock), formwork, shoring, and industry standards.
• Proven ability to forge strategic relationships and influence key stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the capacity to translate technical solutions into commercial value.
• Capability to analyze market trends, define targets, and create actionable plans.
• Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the United States (up to 50–60%).
