This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Revolutionize the way manufacturing technology and sustainment services assist warfighters.
• Establish Phillips as a top-tier partner for cutting-edge manufacturing technology.
• Convert relationships into long-term, multimillion-dollar agreements.
• Act as a thought leader and consultant to high-ranking government officials.
• Interpret intricate federal budget trends and client challenges into actionable strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during capture phases.
• Influence the opportunity landscape and align capabilities with modernization goals.
• Oversee the complete growth cycle, from market research to client onboarding.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in federal business development or sales, concentrating on manufacturing, additive, 3D printing, CNC, or machining technologies.
• Robust network within the DoD/DoW, preferably with a focus on the US Air Force.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong skills in PowerBI and CRM systems.
• Extensive knowledge of defense procurement policies and federal regulations (FAR, DFARS, GSA, etc.).
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, including attending conferences, trade shows, and other networking events and activities.
• Must be a US-born citizen due to the nature of the work and customer requirements.
• Familiarity with manufacturing software systems (experience with CAD and CAM software is a plus).
• Engineering and manufacturing expertise is advantageous.
