
Product Analytics Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collaborate with Product Managers, Care Team leaders, and Area owners to convert business objectives into measurable hypotheses and actionable insights that enhance product features and improve member outcomes.
β’ Design and assess experiments (A/B tests and more) to validate product hypotheses and inform iterative processes.
β’ Work alongside Product and Machine Learning teams to evaluate the effects of new features, workflows, and personalization systems.
β’ Develop and sustain comprehensive dbt models, dashboards, and self-service analytics tools utilizing Snowflake, dbt, and BI platforms.
β’ Define, track, and communicate key performance indicators across product domains β including member engagement, CGM utilization, Care Team efficiency, and additional metrics.
β’ Partner with Data Engineers to ensure that the analytical layer is constructed on a dependable, well-organized data framework.
β’ Create data pipelines for analytics and insight development using Python, dbt, and Snowflake.
β’ Formulate and execute data validation and monitoring strategies to guarantee ongoing data integrity.
β’ Clearly and effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Generate and maintain technical documentation, encompassing data models, metric definitions, and data dictionaries.
β’ Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of data analytics processes and best practices.
β’ Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
β’ 4β7 years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a comparable role.
β’ Proven experience collaborating closely with Product Managers on strategy, roadmap planning, and execution.
β’ Strong proficiency in SQL β capable of writing complex queries confidently and efficiently.
β’ Experience with DBT (data build tool) for data modeling and transformation.
β’ Expertise in cloud data warehouses β Snowflake preferred.
β’ Knowledge of BI tools such as LightDash, Tableau, or similar platforms.
β’ Strong business insight β ability to link data to product decisions and business outcomes.
β’ Excellent communication skills, with the capability to influence stakeholders in both technical and non-technical teams.
β’ Bonus: Experience with Python for data analysis (pandas, numpy).
β’ Bonus: Familiarity with data pipeline tools (Airflow, Fivetran, Rivery, or Workato).
β’ Bonus: Experience in healthcare or digital health.
β’ Preferably able to collaborate during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours.
