Data Analytics & AI Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain high-quality Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, and data models.

• Convert business requirements into well-organized analytical solutions across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, finance, and commercial sectors.

• Ensure consistency and global alignment regarding metrics, definitions, and UI/UX standards.

• Enhance Power BI performance, including DAX calculations, data modeling, and incremental refresh strategies.

• Collaborate with business process owners to facilitate self-service analytics.

• Extract, model, and transform data from various global systems.

• Assist in the development of data pipelines for analytics and reporting purposes.

• Maintain data quality and reliability throughout reporting ecosystems.

• Aid in identifying and defining early AI use cases.

• Configure and support AI tools such as copilots and embedded SaaS AI solutions.

• Ensure the safe and compliant use of AI in collaboration with IT Security.

• Provide training and documentation for tools enabled by AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

• 3–7 years of experience in data analytics or BI.

• Proficient in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.

• Experience with enterprise-level data sources.

• Familiarity with SQL and cloud analytics, preferably Azure.

• Knowledge of data governance and standardization of KPIs.

• Strong communication skills with stakeholders.

• Preferred experience in the CDMO or pharmaceutical industry.

• Exposure to AI concepts or tools is a plus.

• Preferred experience with Python or similar scripting languages.

• Familiarity with APIs and ETL frameworks is desirable.
