
Product Analytics Associate Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Support Product Managers and Area owners with data retrieval, ad hoc analyses, and fundamental reporting tasks.
β’ Assist in the setup and monitoring of A/B tests by constructing tracking queries, verifying data integrity, and summarizing outcomes.
β’ Develop and maintain SQL queries and dbt models for well-defined tables and key metrics.
β’ Create and update dashboard and report elements within BI tools.
β’ Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across product areas, including member engagement, CGM utilization, and Care Team performance.
β’ Acquire knowledge of the data architecture and gradually assume minor pipeline responsibilities alongside Data Engineers.
β’ Conduct data quality assessments and highlight any anomalies or discrepancies.
β’ Present findings during team meetings and provide written summaries.
β’ Contribute to the development of data dictionaries and metric-definition documentation.
β’ Suggest minor enhancements to existing processes and undertake additional assignments as needed.
β’ Collaborate with Product Managers, Area owners, Care Team leaders, and Data Engineers, while receiving mentorship from senior team members.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
β’ 1β3 years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a comparable role (internships and co-ops are included).
β’ Proficient SQL skills, encompassing joins, aggregations, and window functions.
β’ Some familiarity with dbt or a strong eagerness to quickly learn data modeling and transformation practices.
β’ Knowledge of cloud data warehouses; experience with Snowflake is preferred, while exposure to BigQuery, Redshift, or other modern warehouses is also welcomed.
β’ Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms.
β’ Strong analytical curiosity and a desire to link data with product and business decisions.
β’ Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach.
β’ Experience in healthcare or digital health, or a personal passion for health and wellness, is a plus.
β’ This remote position is based in the U.S.
