Product Analyst – R&D

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Development and enhancement of the product analytics system: from setting up and auditing event tracking to ensuring data quality.

• Construction and improvement of the LTV model.

• Forecasting key business indicators.

• Analyzing product metrics, identifying their drivers, and exploring opportunities for product growth.

• Investigating user behavior, uncovering patterns, and forming hypotheses for product enhancement.

• Planning, analyzing, and validating results of A/B tests and other product experiments.

• Building and maintaining dashboards for monitoring key product and business metrics.

• Independently seeking insights and forming recommendations for informed product decisions.

• Close collaboration with the new R&D product team and the General Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in product analytics is a priority.

• Candidates with experience in Data and Marketing Analytics who are eager to transition into product analytics will also be considered.

• Proficient in SQL with the ability to work independently with complex queries.

• Experience with Python.

• Familiarity with BI tools: Tableau / Power BI / Superset or similar.

• Understanding of product metrics, their interconnections, and their impact on business outcomes.

• Experience with A/B testing and product hypotheses.

• Experience with LTV models or understanding of their construction principles will be an advantage.

• Strong analytical and systemic thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to delve deeply into issues.

• Independence, ability to prioritize, effectively organize work, and achieve results.
