Product Analyst – R&D

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Development and enhancement of the product analytics system: from setting up and auditing event tracking to ensuring data quality.

• Creation and improvement of the LTV model, forecasting key business metrics.

• Analysis of product metrics, identifying their drivers and growth opportunities for the product.

• Researching user behavior, detecting patterns, and forming hypotheses for product improvement.

• Planning, analyzing, and validating results of A/B tests and other product experiments.

• Building and maintaining dashboards for monitoring key product and business metrics.

• Independently sourcing insights and forming recommendations for data-driven product decisions.

• Close collaboration with the new R&D product team and its General Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in product analytics; candidates with a background in Data and Marketing Analytics are also considered.

• Proficient in SQL with the ability to work independently with complex queries.

• Experience with Python.

• Familiarity with BI tools: Tableau / Power BI / Superset or similar.

• Understanding of product metrics, their interconnections, and impact on business outcomes.

• Experience with A/B testing and product hypotheses.

• Experience with LTV models or understanding of their construction principles will be an advantage.

• Strong analytical and systemic thinking, attention to detail, and ability to delve deeply into issues.

• Self-sufficiency, ability to prioritize, effectively organize work, and drive tasks to completion.
