CL Product Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Convey the Product strategy to the IT Team, ensuring that form implementation and functionality are in sync with the Product vision.

• Work together with stakeholders to collect feedback and insights on product features and enhancements.

• Convert product managers’ strategies into actionable development tasks, which includes drafting or refining user stories and form requirements.

• Oversee, analyze, and coordinate form maintenance in response to regulatory changes stemming from bureau circulars or legislative updates.

• Perform low-complexity form drafting with minimal assistance from the Product Manager.

• Evaluate form functionality and policy output for both new and existing systems.

• Navigate the balance between business change and technical advancement through adaptable collaboration across functional areas.

• Utilize market knowledge, competitive insights, and customer needs to effectively implement product strategy and prioritization.

• Collaborate on actionable solutions and plans that address project and product opportunities.

• Independently manage low- to moderately complex projects, ensuring alignment between project goals and business objectives.

• Act as a primary contact for Product inquiries, responding to or triaging them according to the assigned Line of Business.

• Aid in the creation and delivery of training materials while supporting the team with other designated tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• 5-8 years of experience in Product Management, or a combination of education and experience that offers a comparable background.

• Outstanding oral and written communication abilities.

• Strong capability to influence strategic decisions that align with corporate objectives.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills that reflect Hanover’s CARE values.

• Proficient computer and analytical skills.

• Ability to cultivate robust relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.

• Proven extensive industry knowledge and Product expertise.

• Specialization in CL Auto or General Liability/Umbrella Lines of Business, or a solid multiline background.

• Knowledge of Specialty Program Business is advantageous.
