This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Take ownership of the metrics and analytical strategy for the product domain.
• Collaborate closely with Product Directors to shape strategy and prioritize roadmap initiatives.
• Identify potential growth opportunities, assess their impact, and guide strategy using metric frameworks and insights.
• Partner with management, business stakeholders, and researchers to formulate and validate both qualitative and quantitative hypotheses.
• Develop and sustain dashboards, analyses, and forecasts that reflect team metrics.
• Process and transform large datasets to extract insights and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Work alongside Product teams to experiment with features and validate hypotheses through experimentation and A/B testing.
• Conduct segmentation analysis to gain insights into customer behavior and engagement drivers.
• Build, maintain, and enhance the analytics infrastructure across applications and technologies that support patient payments to doctors and clinics.
• Over 3 years of relevant analytics experience in working with business KPIs and metrics.
• More than 2 years of collaboration with product managers and user research teams.
• Strong grasp of statistical concepts.
• Familiarity with complex Product organizations within the SaaS sector.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Experience with DBT.
• Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization platforms.
• Proficient with Google Analytics, Amplitude, or comparable event-tracking tools.
• Experience with Python and its data science libraries.
• Familiarity with Claude Code or similar AI integrated development environments.
• Strong communication skills and effective stakeholder management abilities.
• Capability to manipulate, transform, and reshape data from diverse sources.
• Experience with root-cause analysis and the application of regression, correlation, and causation concepts.
• Experience contributing to data warehouses and generating aggregated datasets.
• General knowledge of data pipelines and flows.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, measuring, and interpreting A/B tests.
• Experience in training stakeholders and enhancing data literacy and autonomy.
• Eligibility to work in Spain.
• Salary between €46,000 and €56,000 annually.
