This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Take ownership of metrics and analytical direction for the Payments product segment
• Collaborate closely with Product Directors to shape strategy and prioritize roadmap initiatives
• Discover growth avenues, assess potential impacts, and direct strategy through metric frameworks and insights
• Partner with senior management, business stakeholders, and researchers to formulate and validate qualitative and quantitative hypotheses
• Develop and sustain dashboards, analyses, and forecasts for the team's key performance indicators
• Process and transform large datasets to extract insights and conduct root-cause analysis
• Work alongside Product teams to test features and confirm hypotheses via experimentation and A/B testing
• Conduct segmentation analysis to gain insights into customer behavior and engagement drivers
• Construct, manage, and enhance the analytics infrastructure for payment processes across various applications and technologies
• Influence Product strategy and enhance the experience for millions of patients and healthcare professionals
• Over 3 years of pertinent analytics experience with business KPIs and metrics
• At least 2 years of experience collaborating with product managers and user research teams
• Strong grasp of statistical principles
• Familiarity with complex SaaS product environments
• Proficient in SQL (mandatory)
• Experience with DBT
• Skilled in Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools (mandatory)
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar event-tracking platforms (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Python and its data science libraries
• Experience with Claude Code or similar AI IDEs
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Competence in translating complex analyses into actionable insights for executives and stakeholders
• Experience with data manipulation, transformation, and reshaping from various sources
• Skilled in root-cause analysis and application of regression, correlation, and causation concepts
• Experience in contributing to data warehouses and generating aggregated datasets
• General understanding of data pipelines and data flows
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating A/B tests and interpreting outcomes
• Experience in training stakeholders on tools and fostering data literacy and independence
• Residing in Portugal with authorization to work there; application requires proof of European work eligibility
• Remote work arrangement
