This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take ownership of the metrics and analytical strategy for the product domain.
• Collaborate directly with Product Directors to shape strategic initiatives and prioritize the roadmap.
• Discover growth opportunities, assess potential impacts, and steer strategy utilizing metric frameworks and insights.
• Partner with upper management, business stakeholders, and researchers to formulate and validate both qualitative and quantitative hypotheses.
• Develop and sustain dashboards, analyses, and forecasts related to team metrics.
• Process and transform extensive datasets and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Work alongside Product teams to conduct feature testing and hypothesis validation through experimentation and A/B testing.
• Execute segmentation analysis to gain insights into customers and factors driving engagement.
• Construct, maintain, and enhance the analytics infrastructure across applications and technologies that support patient payments to doctors and clinics.
• Educate and mentor stakeholders to enhance their data literacy and independence.
• Over 3 years of relevant analytics experience focusing on business KPIs and metrics.
• More than 2 years of collaboration with product managers and user research teams.
• Strong understanding of statistical principles.
• Familiarity with intricate Product organizations within the SaaS sector.
• Proficient in SQL and experienced with DBT.
• Experienced with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalents.
• Knowledgeable in Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar event-tracking platforms.
• Proficient in Python and its associated data science ecosystem.
• Experience working with Claude Code or similar AI development environments.
• Capable of manipulating, transforming, and reshaping data from diverse sources.
• Expertise in root-cause analysis and the application of regressions, correlations, and causation principles.
• Background in contributing to data warehouses and creating aggregated datasets.
• General comprehension of data pipelines and data flows.
• Experience in designing, implementing, measuring, and interpreting A/B tests.
• Experience in training stakeholders on tools and enhancing data literacy.
• Eligibility to work in Poland; visa sponsorship may be necessary.
• Proficient in English.
• Choice between B2B or CoE contracts.
