This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to collect, document, and prioritize requirements.
• Take ownership of the entire problem discovery process through pilot delivery for designated initiatives.
• Engage in cross-functional workshops to uncover AI-enabled use cases.
• Develop, configure, test, and enhance AI solution prototypes with hands-on experience.
• Convert strategic goals into user stories, workflows, and specifications for process improvement.
• Assist in backlog refinement, release planning, and user acceptance testing.
• Ensure that solutions comply with enterprise data strategies, integration requirements, 21 CFR Part 11 guidelines, and responsible AI practices.
• Aid in change management, documentation, and user enablement to ensure sustainable adoption.
• Document reusable patterns, playbooks, and components related to AI/automation.
• Conduct proof-of-concepts using AI tools and evaluate ROI for product initiatives.
• Refine solutions based on real user and system feedback.
• Update leadership on progress and outcomes.
• Spot high-value AI opportunities and develop or pilot corresponding solutions.
• Create low/no-code or AI-enabled proof-of-concept solutions, prototypes, pilots, or MVPs.
• 3–5+ years of experience in product or business analysis within fast-paced digital transformation settings.
• Proven success in supporting product initiatives within the healthcare or life sciences sectors.
• Ability to quickly grasp new business domains and processes.
• Established record of fostering technology adoption and pinpointing high-value AI opportunities.
• Experience in directly building or piloting AI solutions.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in reporting progress and outcomes to leadership.
• Background in creating low/no-code or AI-enabled proof-of-concept solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SDLC, and regulatory considerations in clinical research settings.
• Understanding of 21 CFR Part 11 regulations.
• Knowledge of data governance, interoperability standards, and digital adoption analytics.
• Acquainted with coding principles, AI agentic/automation tools, and APIs.
• Capability to independently configure and test solutions.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Veeva, Medidata, Oracle, and contemporary research applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents, Jira, Confluence, Planview, and Smartsheet.
• Experience in process mining and workflow analysis.
• Advanced skills in analytics and problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Skills in requirements traceability and validation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with leaders, product owners, and delivery teams.
• U.S.-based work authorization/location is required; relocation and visa sponsorship are not available.
