This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Take ownership of and manage the product backlog for designated products.
• Convert business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Refine and prioritize backlog items based on business priorities.
• Oversee backlog health to assist with sprint planning.
• Facilitate backlog refinement sessions alongside development teams.
• Aid in sprint planning and ensure that tasks are ready for developers.
• Clarify business requirements and address functional inquiries during the development phase.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to eliminate ambiguity and facilitate delivery.
• Engage in sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Validate completed functionalities against requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Organize activities related to release readiness.
• Maintain product documentation, release documentation, and repositories of product knowledge.
• Build strong relationships with team members, technology teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
• Report on progress of product delivery, release status, testing status, and overall product activities.
• Assist in product demonstrations and stakeholder reviews.
• Collect feedback on implementations and identify opportunities for product improvements.
• Monitor the quality of the backlog and the effectiveness of delivery.
• Enhance Agile delivery processes and integrate production feedback into backlog priorities.
• Deep understanding of Agile software delivery principles and product lifecycle management.
• Capability to translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong collaborative skills with software development teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while upholding delivery commitments.
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational skills focused on execution and delivery.
• Ability to identify delivery risks, clarify ambiguities, and drive tasks to completion.
• 5–7 years of experience in product lifecycle management, Agile software delivery, product coordination, project management, business analysis, or similar fields.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, or Jira.
• Experience in managing product backlogs, user stories, and sprint readiness activities.
• Experience collaborating with software development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Experience in coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and software releases.
• Background in Agile software delivery environments.
• Experience supporting cross-functional product teams is preferred.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer.
• Capability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
