Product Analyst – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Leadership, and stakeholders to establish reporting requirements and essential business metrics.

• Provide precise, scalable, and standardized reporting across various product platforms.

• Convert data into actionable insights that assist in recognizing opportunities, risks, and growth areas.

• Work in close partnership with data engineering teams to enhance instrumentation, event tracking, and the quality of reporting.

• Examine product performance, user behavior, funnels, retention, and trends in feature adoption.

• Assess the impact of new product launches, experiments, and feature rollouts through data-driven evaluations.

• Monitor product telemetry and proactively detect emerging issues or concerns related to performance.

• Clearly present findings through dashboards, presentations, and discussions with stakeholders.

• Assist in responsible and cost-effective data collection while upholding stringent privacy standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in consumer B2C product analytics.

• Experience with analyzing desktop software products (Windows / MacOS) is highly preferred.

• Extensive experience with Amplitude and analytics from App Store / Google Play.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for uncovering significant insights.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the capability to simplify complex data.

• Solid grasp of product-led growth strategies, including funnels, retention, and experimentation.

• Ability to work collaboratively across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams.

• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and adept at thriving in a fast-paced environment.
