This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to establish and enhance requirements for Yearbook Technology platforms that facilitate content creation, collaboration, workflow management, e-commerce ordering, production, and fulfillment.
• Evaluate feedback from advisors, students, schools, and internal users to discover opportunities for product enhancements and operational efficiencies.
• Convert business goals and customer requirements into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and development-ready specifications.
• Aid in product roadmap planning by delivering business analysis, product insights, and recommendations for delivery readiness.
• Engage in user acceptance testing and solution validation to confirm that delivered functionalities align with business and customer expectations.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of yearbook business processes and act as a subject matter expert for the supported product areas.
• Play a role in ongoing improvement initiatives concerning agile delivery practices, requirements management standards, and cross-functional operating models.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science & Engineering, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field is required.
• Over 3 years of experience in business analysis, product operations, product delivery, or cross-functional technology initiatives involving various systems, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
• Proven experience working within Agile Scrum teams, encompassing backlog management, sprint planning, story refinement, estimation, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Experience collaborating directly with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and Engineering teams in an Agile product development setting.
• Preferred experience in digital product, e-commerce, platform modernization, or enterprise application environments.
• Strong skills in business requirements gathering, BRD creation, process mapping, and functional documentation.
