This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Evaluate product performance and user behavior in the casino and sportsbook sectors to uncover trends, risks, and growth potential.
• Establish, monitor, and enhance key product KPIs (retention, conversion, ARPU, LTV, churn, etc.).
• Create dashboards and reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making for the Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Perform in-depth analyses on player journeys, game performance, bonuses, and promotional initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to assess feature impact, A/B testing outcomes, and new launches.
• Recognize bottlenecks in the customer journey and suggest actionable enhancements.
• Partner with Data Engineers and Data Analysts to guarantee data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
• Convert intricate data insights into straightforward business recommendations.
• Assist in segmentation and personalization strategies to improve user experience and revenue.
• Keep track of competitor trends and industry benchmarks within the iGaming sector.
• Demonstrated experience as a Product Analyst / Data Analyst, ideally in iGaming, fintech, or high-traffic digital products.
• Proficient SQL skills and experience handling large datasets.
• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
• Strong grasp of product metrics, user behavior analysis, and experimentation (A/B testing).
• Experience with event-based analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel) is a plus.
• Knowledge of casino/sportsbook mechanics, player lifecycle, and monetization models is a significant advantage.
• Analytical mindset with robust problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Capability to convey insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Quick learning ability and a creative mindset.
• Experience in Python or statistical tools is an additional benefit.
