This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and analyze the complete user journey from discovery to checkout, pinpointing areas for enhancing conversion rates, user experience, and revenue outcomes.
• Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for product initiatives and overall business performance, ensuring that appropriate metrics are established to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Direct the design and assessment of A/B tests, which includes defining hypotheses, selecting metrics, and evaluating impacts.
• Develop and refine the data foundations, including event tracking, core metrics, and data definitions, in collaboration with the Data Engineering team.
• Create dashboards and monitoring tools that ensure consistent visibility into product and business performance.
• Perform in-depth analyses to uncover trends, anomalies, and performance gaps, converting findings into clear and actionable recommendations.
• Act as a trusted analytical resource within the organization, actively influencing strategy, questioning assumptions when dictated by data, and shaping key decisions with well-supported, evidence-based arguments.
• Implement scalable methodologies to evaluate product and business performance across both online and offline channels.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and global stakeholders to prioritize opportunities and impact roadmap decisions.
• Utilize statistical rigor in experimentation, including power analysis, sample size estimation, and interpreting results.
• Bachelor’s degree in a highly quantitative discipline such as Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience as a Product Analyst or Growth Analyst within a B2C context.
• Demonstrated experience in large-scale eCommerce or retail settings.
• Strong practical experience in analyzing user behavior, including funnels, segmentation, cohorts, churn rates, and lifetime value (LTV).
• Proven track record in designing and analyzing A/B tests on a large scale.
• Advanced SQL proficiency with experience in handling large, complex datasets.
• Excellent capability to convert ambiguous business inquiries into structured analyses and clear, actionable insights.
• Confident communicator with the ability to present recommendations convincingly and engage constructively in discussions and debates.
• Experience in working within cross-functional, global team environments.
