Product Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Evaluate product performance, usage, and results to derive insights that guide product strategy, roadmap planning, and prioritization.

• Assess user behavior, adoption patterns, performance indicators, and customer feedback.

• Create and manage product-level metrics, dashboards, and reporting in collaboration with Decision Support and analytics teams.

• Convert data into actionable insights and recommendations for Product and leadership teams.

• Assist in hypothesis testing, opportunity sizing, and impact evaluation for both new and existing product initiatives.

• Work closely with Product Managers and Product Owners to grasp business objectives, customer challenges, and desired outcomes.

• Transform business inquiries into analytical strategies and effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Facilitate trade-off discussions by offering data-driven insights on value, risk, and impact.

• Collaborate with Decision Support and Market Research teams to ensure uniformity in insights, metrics, and storytelling throughout the product portfolio.

• Engage in product reviews, planning sessions, and governance discussions by presenting relevant data and insights.

• Monitor benefit realization and adoption following implementation.

• Discover optimization opportunities based on performance data and suggest enhancements informed by data and user feedback.

• Aid in routine product review cycles with performance reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, economics, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• 3-5 years of experience in analyzing data and converting insights into business or product recommendations.

• Experience in a product-focused organization or collaboration with such teams.

• Understanding of product metrics, outcome-based measurement, or portfolio-level analysis.

• Experience in supporting strategic or decision-support initiatives within a matrixed organization.

• Familiarity with AI is preferred.
