This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Conduct funnel, cohort, and retention analyses in Amplitude across three different products.
• Design and interpret A/B tests, clearly distinguishing between primary and diagnostic metrics.
• Perform segmented analyses by country, user segment, acquisition channel, and other relevant dimensions.
• Act as the point of contact for Growth regarding experiment design, sample size, metrics, and interpretation of results.
• Identify and rectify experimentation pitfalls prior to rollout decisions.
• Convert product metrics into unit economics such as ARPPU, CAC, and margin.
• Model scenarios related to pricing, conversion, and downstream risk indicators.
• Deliver actionable analyses for stakeholders in Payments, SEM, Growth, Finance, and C-level executives.
• Oversee and maintain event taxonomy across all three products.
• Monitor live and deprecated events, document any renames, and ensure that outdated event names do not lead to incorrect conclusions.
• Automate recurring reporting through dashboards and reusable analytical skills.
• Proactively identify underperforming segments, funnel leakage, and unexploited business opportunities.
• Engage PMs and stakeholders throughout the analytical process and correct unsupported conclusions.
• Develop and maintain reusable Amplitude skills and analysis tools.
• Utilize LLMs for query generation, initial analysis, and reporting, while critically validating the outputs generated by AI.
• Outstanding analytical skills, including the ability to identify patterns, reconcile conflicting signals, and draw sound conclusions under time constraints.
• Independent working knowledge of Amplitude or a similar product-analytics tool, or demonstrable SQL proficiency to quickly adapt.
• Experience in designing A/B tests and articulating effective primary metrics.
• Familiarity with unit economics, including CAC, LTV, ARPPU, and margin.
• Daily application of LLMs throughout the analytical workflow, with critical verification of outputs.
• Capability to independently set up tooling and workflows in a rich MCP environment.
• Proven proactivity, with examples of self-initiated analyses that led to actionable insights or business outcomes.
• Strong inclination towards maintaining documentation and structure, including taxonomy and tracking plans.
• Ability to assist PMs and engineering colleagues in enhancing their data interpretation and questioning skills.
• Competence to operate across multiple products and product stages without sacrificing analytical depth.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills among Product, Engineering, Growth, SEM, and Payments teams.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
